At Real Airport Shuttle, we are protecting your privacy. We simply use the information you provide to ensure your reservation and our shuttle service. Real Airport Shuttle does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. However, we may use the information you provide to occasionally notify you about changes, or special offers, from our services. Please place online reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up time. We will email or call you to confirm. Otherwise, please contact us by phone at anytime. In addition, assecurity for your pick-up ride from the airport, we need to take the prepayment from you via credit card at the date before your arrival. We are sorry for any inconvenience".

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Reservation cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled pick up time in order to get a full refund. A cancellation made less than 24 hours or after scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare, and there will be no refund. All reservations require separate cancellation. If there is any change or cancellation in reservation, please call before 11:00pm, the night before schedule pickup, in order to avoid charges. Our office hours are between 5:00am and 11:00pm, however we do provide 24 hours service, and we dispatch/ assign all reservations for next morning by 11:00pm.

Terms and Conditions:

• All charges are subject to non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled in a timely manner (24 hours prior to scheduled pickup).
• RealAirportShuttle is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed.
• RealAirportShuttle is not responsible for delays or lost of services caused by weather or traffic conditions beyond our control.
• RealAirportShuttle is not responsible for any lost of customer's personal items or luggages.
